FAQs on the Membership Gateway

Is it the first time you are using EdSA Gateway to sign up with an association? Please click ‘sign up’. Next time you will use the ‘login’ section using your email and existing password.
After pressing ‘sign up’ you will be taken to the ‘Membership type’ screen – choose the right type for you and click ‘continue’.
On the next screen click the round circle above the words Permanent Subscription, then click continue.
The next thing you will need to do is input an email address and a password that you will remember. Remember you will need this email address and password to login in the future, this system is case sensitive.
You will then be asked to provide details. When there are changes, you will be able to log into EdSA Gateway at any time and update all your details. Once you have completed all or as many details as possible, click on the “Create Account” button.

Enter debit/credit card details for either your individual card or via your pre/school site card.

If you forgot your password, please click “I forgot my password” to reset it. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with.

Login to your account first. On the left hand side, you will find “edit details”.

If it is the first time you are using the EdSA Gateway for said association, please ‘sign up’, this will ask you to input all relevant information for the membership.

Yes, it is! To use the same email address to create an account with another association, please login on the new association page where you will then be required to fill in the registration form.

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing admin@edsa.sa.edu.au. and stating your name, site, and your intention to cancel your association membership. Please ensure that you specify the name of the association you wish to cancel your membership with, as we represent many associations.
